30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
At Vornathletic, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
We cover return shipping and replacement shipping for eligible returns and exchanges, including sizing issues and changes of mind.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Under our voluntary 30-day policy:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with original tags attached.

Trying on ordinary apparel to check the fit is acceptable, provided it remains clean and undamaged.

Items showing signs of regular wear, stains, or perfume or smoke odors may not qualify.

Please include the original packaging where reasonably possible.
Personalized or made-to-order items and products clearly marked Final Sale before purchase are excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind policy, except where applicable law provides otherwise. These exclusions do not affect your rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Minor screen-related color differences and intentional distressing described on the product page are not normally defects. Significant differences from the advertised product are not covered by this exclusion.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please provide a description and photos where possible to help us resolve the issue. A reason is not required when exercising a statutory right to cancel.
Our support team will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label or arrange reimbursement of reasonable return postage. Please contact us before purchasing postage so we can confirm the shipping method and reimbursement arrangements.
Returns are sent to a designated warehouse in the United States or China, depending on the item and warehouse availability. We cover the arranged return shipping costs regardless of which warehouse is assigned.
Do not send items to the business address on our website or the sender address on your package unless we instruct you to do so. Contacting us first ensures your return reaches the correct location; it does not make statutory cancellation rights dependent on our approval.
For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, please send the items within 14 days after we provide the return instructions and shipping arrangements.
3. Free Return & Exchange Shipping
For eligible returns and exchanges, Vornathletic covers:

Return shipping for changes of mind or sizing preferences.

Return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Shipping of replacement items for approved exchanges.
We do not charge restocking or exchange processing fees.
Please use the shipping label or method arranged with our support team and retain your proof of postage. If a return sent using our arranged shipping method is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us with your shipping receipt so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Please do not send Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) parcels; contact us to arrange prepaid shipping instead.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
We normally inspect returns and issue eligible refunds within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned items. We will notify you by email when your refund is issued or if there is an issue with your return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Free return shipping does not automatically make the original delivery charge refundable. For voluntary change-of-mind returns, original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law. For defective or incorrectly supplied goods, we will also refund any original delivery charges attributable to those goods where applicable.
Approved replacement items are normally dispatched within 2–4 business days after inspection, subject to stock availability. If your requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose an available alternative or receive an eligible refund. Any difference in product price will be agreed with you before the exchange is completed.
Where applicable law requires an earlier refund or a different remedy, we will follow those requirements.
5. European Union & United Kingdom Cancellation Rights
If applicable EU or UK consumer law covers your purchase, you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
To exercise this right, email support@vornathletic.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You must then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us promptly so we can arrange return shipping at our expense.
For a valid cancellation of an entire order, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for premium or express delivery are not refundable.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline, generally within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You may inspect and try on ordinary apparel as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, we may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Our voluntary 30-day policy is additional to these rights and does not replace or restrict them.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for their intended purpose. These rights may extend beyond our 30-day return period.
